Our intention is to create a satisfying experience that is beneficial in many ways.
WE TAKE GREAT CARE IN CREATING OUR PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event that a Patron is dissatisfied with our product(s), we offer several conditional solutions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Patrons must notify Troubador Chocolate of their issue within fourteen days from receipt of product(s).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Video or photo evidence may also be considered on a case by case basis.

USE OUR SPECIAL REQUEST FORM BELOW
Once your Special Request is received, we will respond with possible solutions; which may or may not include a credit, refund, replacement or substitution of product(s) .
If a refund is approved, a credit will be processed with the original method of payment, within seven to fourteen business days; depending upon processing time.
If an exchange for product(s) is agreed upon, a date for delivery or pick up of product(s) will be made. Or, if the date is yet to be determined, a coupon code for future use may be issued for our Patrons.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If an agreed upon refund is not received after fourteen business days, please contact your banking institution and check if there were any delays in the transfer of refund.
If your banking institution has no record of a refund transfer, let us know and we will check with our processing system.
